About Us
Our origins trace back to entrepreneur, Waleed Baker, who acquired the renowned Parkers Auto Centre in Athlone in 1991. He founded Pitstop Auto Centre in 1993, and through subsequent acquisition of other Parkers' locations, he solidified the foundation for the Pitstop brand's early growth.
Today, this legacy continues across five key branches in the Western Cape, located in Claremont, Athlone, Montague Gardens, Fish Hoek, and Woodstock (which also serves as the head office). Each branch is dedicated to providing professional automotive fitment services, acting as a one-stop shop for customers' automotive needs, while maintaining the quality standards that have defined our decades-long reputation.
